The Schneider Group is a full service insurance firm offering Property & Casualty Insurance, Health & Benefits, Bonds and Personal Insurance. The Schneider Group not only has a significant number of direct appointments with various national insurance carriers but also has several in house insurance programs that are marketed nationwide. We are seeking talented Producers to develop, cultivate and obtain new Property & Casualty clients as maintain existing book of business.Our clients represent a wide array of business owners ranging from local Arizona businesses to large more complex multi-state corporations. Our clients needs vary depending on their industry, size, location and environment. Generally our clients are looking for knowledgeable insurance professionals who can review and assess their needs and design an insurance program that can protect their companys assets.
Responsibilities:
Researches and identifies potential prospects and develops lead lists.
Develops prospects utilizing a variety of methods such as cold calling, direct mailers, training seminars, social media, cultivation and referrals.
Prequalifies prospects to ensure they are strong viable prospects that meet The Schneider Groups profile.
Identifies prospects insurance needs and determines products and services that best address the clients issues and objectives.
Supports sales efforts by adhering to department operations and providing timely and accurate prospecting data to track and monitor activities for management reporting and sales forecasts.
Ensures deadlines and timeframes are met in the sales process.
Transitions new business accounts to the servicing team and works hand in hand with Account Executives in regards to the Renewal Process.
Obtains and maintains sales objectives as determined by the firm.
Actively participates in industry associations, organizations, and charities as appropriate.
Develops and maintains effective networking methods within the business community and industry.
Creates and grows market niche in conjunction with The Schneider Group goals and objectives.
Understands and complies with agency standards and operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and or equivalent work experience
Proven sales skills and experience - must demonstrate track record in initiating and closing new business
3 5 years of Insurance Experience, most hold insurance license
Effective business writing, communication and presentation skills
Must be independent and self-motivated
Compensation based on experience
