Duties to be performed:

Will primarily repond to residential calls for in home computer repair to perform:
Virus Removal
Hardware/software troubleshooting
Software repair/upgrades/installation
Memory Upgrades
Printer Installs
performance improvements
Home router install and configuration
field quotes for in shop repairs

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid AZ Drivers License
must have reliable vehicle
must have own cell phone
Proof of US citizenship or ability to legally work in the US
1 year of experience (preference given to A+ certified applicants)
Must be knowledgable in Windows XP/Vista (including utilities)
knowledge of current virus removal techniques
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
Basic knowledge of Command Line utilities
basic router configuration
Hard Drive types and formating
Knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral device configuration
MUST have strong onsite troubleshooting skills.

Additional Qualifications:

MUST be able to start working independantly with minimal training
Must be able to pass criminal background check (No felonies or Misdemeanor crimes against people/property)
Good attitude
Professional appearance


Position starts as Part time-on call w/opportunuty for full time
MUST be available between 9am and 5 pm M-F ( will work with student schedules if possible)

Starting rate $12 - $14 per hr DOE with performance raises at 6 months and 1 year

Primarily Local service calls in Yuma and foothills
